Chloe always chats to my son and asks him how he wants his haircut. Her attention to detail is amazing and she always fulfils the brief given to her. My son always feels happy chatting to Chloe which, at 13, is quite unusual. Thank you ☺️ Also, the new booking system is marvellous! A guaranteed haircut now so thank you!
